FIFTH. The names and places of residence of
each of the original members and incorporators are, as
follows:

SIXTH. The existence of this corporation is to be
perpetual.
SEVENTH. The temporal affairs and concerns of
this corporation shall be conducted by Trustees according to the charter or
constitutions of the difference societies of our connection as provided for in
The Book of Discipline of the property of the Corporation, they shall also have
power to make, amend, alter or rescind the By-Laws of their respective Churches
and to approve the admission of Church Members, subject nevertheless to the
Rules of Discipline of the General Conference, which General Conference shall
in itself be created and established, and its membership shall be composed as
set forth in the Rules of Discipline of said church herein before referred
to.
Both
Trustees and Members of this corporation shall have power to hold meetings; to
have one or more offices, churches, places of business and of worship, and to
keep the books, documents and papers of this corporation (subject to the
provisions of the statue), outside of the State of Delaware, at such places as
may be from time to time designated by them.
EIGHTH. The private property of the members of
this corporation shall not be subject to the payment of corporate debts to any
extent whatever.
